Vinyasa and Power Yoga
Vinyasa is a style of yoga that connects movement to breath. I place an emphasis on alignment and breath so you can get the most out of your practice. Each class builds strength and flexibility throughout the practice. Power yoga may include intermediate and advanced poses, inversions and arm balances. I provide modifications and variations to meet your needs.
Prenatal Vinyasa Yoga
Learn how to move with your growing body so you feel strong and empowered. Whether you are new to yoga or have been practicing for many years, you will learn the modifications needed to keep your yoga practice safe yet dynamic throughout all trimesters. Prenatal yoga helps mentally and physically prepare the body for childbirth and postpartum recovery. Currently offered as a private or semi-private class.
Private and Semi-Private Yoga
Private yoga lessons are like personal training for your yoga practice! If you are a beginner, this is a great place to start. And if you currently have a yoga practice, private yoga lessons are a great way to refine and take your practice to the next level! I also offer semi-private and small group sessions.
